Bob's Place is lovely ...

Overlooking beautiful Wallis Lake, this three bedroom cottage is available for holiday letting.

Sit in the shade on the huge verandah overlooking the lovely view, or catch the sun in the rear courtyard Less than one minute to the lakeshore and 1 km from the boat ramp and lake pool and small sandy beach

Watch kangaroos hop across the road at dawn and dusk... the varied birdlife, the huge stars.....

Just a few minutes drive or short wander along Coomba Road to the children's park, small lakeside beach and pool, and boat ramp.

The country road carries very little traffic as Coomba Park is at the end of the road.. there's nowhere else to go! So no hoons! Coomba is like stepping back into the peaceful past.

This is just the place to wash those worries away. Perfect Peace....

The main living is in one huge room, with a large pantry containing the fridge/freezer and domestic appliances.

Ceiling fans in every room.

Patio doors in all rooms but one - and that has a floor length window, bringsthe outside in..

Views over the lake can be seen through the three patio doors leading onto the 11 x 2.5 metre deck, and breezes keep the house cool on the hottest days.

In the winter, a wood burning stove keeps you snug. Wood, firelighters and matches are provided.

The aim is to be relaxed and comfortable

In the rear courtyard, shaded by vines, is a family barbeque and seating for 6 - this area is ideal for sitting in the winter sun or avoiding a cool breeze

The two larger bedrooms have patio doors onto this courtyard, built-in wardrobes, comfortable queen beds with electric blankets

The back bedroom, containing two single beds and a built in robe, and looks onto trees.

Doonas, pillows, mattress and pillow protectors are provided.
Bring your own bed linen and towels, or hire ours

Wallabies often appear at dawn and dusk in the front yard.

Bring your binoculars - a large variety of birds may be seen from the verandah, eagles soar overhead and pelicans float majestically across the lake.

The crickets chirrup a tuneful evening symphony, and with little light pollution, the stars are like dinner plates!

Books, videos and DVDs are left for you to enjoy.

There are tourist venues within driving distance - 25 k to Bluey's Beach where restaurants and fast food outlets can be found, The Frothy Coffee Shop overlooking Smiths Lake is a similar distance, small boats to play in can be hired here.

The State Forests, the lake for fishing and boating, and the magnificent views all add up to beautifuo place for you to recharge your batteries.

If however, your idea of a good holiday is to go to night clubs every night, and shop till you drop during the day, then Coomba Park is not the place for you!
