. .
S Sex.

Not enough or too much

Did you know that according to chinese philosophy too much sexual activity is harmful to overall productiveness of individuals.

True! It (sexual activity) depletes one's energy supply and creates an in-balance within the body. Solution? moderation. A concept that actually makes sense when you really think about it.

.
T Talking.

Maybe we do too much talking in the work environment and not enough at home. We have to ask ourselves WHO we're trying to impress at work and WHAT we're trying to hide at home.

.
R Relaxation.

We never do enough really.

Breakfast in bed on Sunday is not relaxation. It's simply INDULGENCE! (Nothing wrong with that!) BUT We need to relax in the work environment. HOW? Simple. Just close your door..go to the loo...go downstairs for a smoke like everyone else (but you don't smoke!) So go down anyway. If they can so can you! In short: TAKE TIME OUT!!!

.
S Smile. Chances are you spend most of your working day frowning. You don't believe me? Well think about it...Most people ( and that includes you) spend their working time at a computer, a checkout, a machine, a counter or a desk. And they are usually THINKING! And it's very hard to think with a smile on your face!!!!
.
S See. See yourself. and the people you work with I mean really look at > yourself and see how you look to other people; The people you serve and the> people you interact with in whatever job you do. > Well that's one way of looking at STRESS.
    .
NOW HERE'S ANOTHER WAY OF LOOKING AT STRESS.
.
STRESS = The way you feel.

"Ouch!" my aching head, neck! You can do something about those aches and pains.

1. Deal with the first way of looking at stress (as mentioned above).
2. Do the following:

When you have a headache bend your head and put the fingers of both hands on the top of your head (your fingers will hit the right area naturally if you BEND YOUR HEAD!)

Now press with your fingers and hold for a few seconds..then release.

Repeat until the pain in your head goes.( It will go believe me!)

Chances are you spend most of your working day frowning. You don't believe me? And it's very hard to think with a smile on your face!!!!.

Okay so you have a sore neck.

No problem. Do this!

If the pain is on the right side of your neck take your right hand and grasp your left shoulder.

Now move your hand downwards until it rests across the front of your body. Next raise your forearm while at the same time digging your index or middle finger into the shoulder, ( The spot we want is about half way between the top of your arm and the point where your neck joins your shoulder.) It will hurt! But it's a good hurt....Believe me this works!!

Now as you are pushing with your finger turn your head to the right. See! It works doesn't it? If the pain is on your left neck/shoulder area do the same as above but on the right side.

That's your lot for this issue. If you'd like more information or a consultation please e-mail me or visit my web site.
